The apartment building project is situated between the busy Chillská Street and the district of family houses, which is separated from the land by a park. The different characters of the adjacent localities use a significant influence on the development of a similar house.
The concept shows the interweaving of two different environments in close proximity, it occupies the cool face of the city shown by the western side oriented to the ground floor, which passes and blends with the environment of urban greenery. At the same time, they form large green areas serving tenants as spatial terraces.
