Starter and student housing - Palmovka

The plot is located in the northern part of the Pentagon, close to the Old jewish cemetery. According to the regulation, the plot is divided into 2 parts and should serve the city's rental housing. For the more frequent part, close to public transport stops, I designed student housing, which aims to create pleasant spaces for young people, where community life, cooperation and social activities work, but not at the expense of individuality and flexibility. This idea is supported by the increased number of single rooms. In the second, quieter part, I proposed starting housing, which is designed primarily for young, starting families and economically active young people who are at the beginning of their careers.
