Annotation
The thesis focuses on the concept of urban development for the northern part of Písek. The proposal provides a conceptual approach to the redevelopment and expansion of industrial zones, considering their integration within the urban structure. Additionally, it addresses the creation of new housing capacities and the development of a public space system.
