Annotation
The diploma thesis deals with an urban study of the Púchov town´s part. The part comprises mainly of the industrial area and despite of its closeness to the centre, it is perceived as lifeless periphery. The thesis analyses this area as well as designs new urban structure and public spaces that would help to revive formerly important place and support the town´s development with new functions and activities.
