Annotation
The thesis deals with the development potentials of the town of Choceň. The aim of the thesis is to design the overall concept of urbanl development of the city according to the principles of sustainable development. The thesis consists of an overall analysis of the city, the output of which is the definition of the main values and problems of the city, and a design part, which consists of the overall concept of development and design of several development areas.
