Design of the Czech Cultural Center and Consulate General in Taipei. The program includes a multifunctional social hall, a gallery, a Czech pub, co-working space, a visa department, a consular department, apartments, a consul residence with a representative space and a public garden. The original intention of the proposal was to create a public space evoking the Czech Republic. Due to the climatic unsuitability of the classic square, I decided to inspire the Prague hills and create a publicly accessible park on the lot, which would also serve as a shortcut between the two streets. The main ambition of my project was to emphasise the contrast between the various parts of the building: top - bottom - in the middle, so that each has their own specific atmosphere.
