Jindřišská Růžová

The apartment building in Růžová street complements the street front and respects the dimensions of the surrounding buildings. A flat module was chosen so that the house would offer as many small flats as possible in a 2 room standard. The apartments are intended as city rents for people, who would not otherwise be able to afford housing in the city center. The view of the church tower is provided by glazing on the gallery.The separation from the gallery is provided by the skylight in front of the window and by the space for seating in front of each apartment.
