Living in the City

Living in contact with nature, close to the center and with a view of Prague, this is the living in Nový Zlíchov. This work deals with the use of land that has these properties. houses near the land are like from small tawn, so the house I designed is divided into smaller parts and fits among its neighbors. The aim of the work was to design cheap housing for school graduates, families with children or older people. The goal was to give them a sense of uniqueness. I tried to achieve this by shaping the house, providing loggias, terraces or residential roofs. On the other hand, the ground-floor flats gained more square meters and the whole house had unlimited access to the garden. Almost all flats have a view of Prague. Living in contact with nature, close to the center, with view of Prague and much more, offers this house in Nový Zlíchov.
