The material solution of the rental apartment building respects the character of the existing development and at the same time is based on the effort to evaluate the potential of the land for as many future residents as possible. The house consists of three buildings with separate entrances, which are connected by a common underground parking lot. The individual objects adapt to the situation and lie at different heights depending on the level of the rising terrain. By dividing the buildings, the land is naturally divided, preserves the garden-street views and defines a semi-public and private space for apartment residents. The layout of the house supports the connection of the interior with the exterior. Vertical roads are located at the facade with views and access to the garden. The apartments themselves are spread over a smaller area, yet their solution offers comfortable living space. The night zone with the bedrooms faces the quieter garden, while the living rooms side with distant views. The design of the facade is made of natural materials, namely white bricks together with frames of hole fillings made of dark wood. The composition of the apartments consists mainly of layout 1 + kk, which is located in the house 6x with a floor area in the range of 36 m2 - 41 m2) and layout 2 + kk, which is located in the house 9x with a floor area in the range of 48 m2 - 59 m2). In the house "C" on the second floor there is also a 3 + kk apartment with an area of 66 m2. Each apartment has one parking space in the underground parking lot.
