FLOOD LINE - AFFORDABLE HOUSING

The aim of the work is to explore the possibilities of forming a seemingly dangerous and risky area within the city center, which in the future can be affected by lack of building plots. I intentionally work with areas that are not allowed to build on. Partly also because they are located in a floodzone. The proposal itself places great emphasis on the free connection of public space with the water. The absence of any barriers preventing direct human contact with the Vltava River is important, and also sufficient consideration of risks that could lead to both material damage and personal injury.
