Housing and Creative Center

The project brings to the historic center of Kutná Hora quality and affordable housing with civic amenities. Public space plays an important role in the social interaction of the population. Civic amenities include a therapeutic surgery, commercial space for rent and a creative center. The creative center is an essential element of the project, it aims to bring space for creative work to all and without differences. The building is barrier-free and thus provides for a program for the disabled or people with reduced mobility. Individual workshops are universal spaces that allow for various creative works. The center is complemented by a relaxation area, a roof terrace, a community garden and a café.
