Brewery

A microbrewery with a restaurant and accomodation in the corner of Kouřim's main square. The chosen combination of services is a reaction to current needs of this place. The accomodation helps to meet the demand in peak periods and the restaurant with brewery attracts people to the lifeless square. The shapes of the houses respect their surroundings. The terrain adjustments make the basement of the main building accesible and create a garden for the accomodated guests. The house opens itself into the square with a big window, which by the sight of the big beer containers invites customers in.
