The studio has the ambition to arouse students' interest in all layers of the field. We want to teach students about the profession of architecture as a craft that is good to know, while trying not to harm talent if we recognize it. More than the final presentation, we are interested in the constant process of searching along with critical insight into the topic and our own work.
We prepare realistic assignments and involve subject matter experts, municipal representatives and external consultants in the design process. We respect the authors' own opinion, support their inventiveness and try to be helpful in their struggles and hardships. No one moves on without experiencing and learning from their own mistakes.
In the summer semester, thanks to the support of cities and other partners, we organize summer workshops where students build objects they have designed in public spaces during one week.
