Social Housing

Social housing Pod Slovany is located in the former gardens of the Emmaus Monastery near Charles Square in Prague. The building is designed primarily for seniors and young mothers. For this reason, the project combines several functions, except for residential, a large part is dedicated to public amenities. These features include a café, library, multifunctional and sports hall, workshops and commercial premises. The whole house is designed to initiate close contact between the inhabitants and social interaction.
