Annotation
The topic of the diploma thesis is a sustainable urban design of a new residential area on the south of the city Přelouč. The design brings new development structures to the city and hierarchization of public spaces, as well as defines the interface of the city and the surrounding landscape. The aim of the work was to design a compact city of the 21st century.
