Annotation
The topic of the diploma thesis is to design new housing for the elderly in the Polish city of Dzierżoniów, which is located about 50 km from Wroclaw. The land with greenery is located near the center and connects to the existing city park. At the same time, the land is situated in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the local tax office.
