Appartment Building with Kindergarden

Kindergarten, apartment building and shop. Three different functions in one house in the newly designed part of Ostrava. The selected area offers a busy street, a quiet part with the river Ostravice with a view of the magical Beskydy Mountains and the well-known technical Dolní Vítkovice. An important cycle path leads near the newly built development. The main idea was to place a kindergarten in the terraced house, which the locals will use for their children. The capacity of the kindergarten is 40 children and Montessori is taught here. In the street, the kindergarten can present children's creations using a glass shop window or through a large drawing board. Everything else takes place towards the river, where the building gives a natural impression.
