Conversion and extension of a former farmhouse in Chýně

The topic of my diploma project is revitalization of the former site of historic part of village Chýne. The area consists of a family brewery building, which will be maintained and will not be a subject of the project. The project aims to create a quality public space and it´s shielding from the surrounding interference. Functional content will be housing for seniors, so called senior co-housing, accompanied by traditional housing, services and facilities for leisure activities. Result should be a formation of another central location of the village, which will meet demands of a growing community in range of Prague.
