RESIDENTIAL BLOCK ČERNOKOSTELECKÁ x MALÍNSKÁ PRAGUE 10

The plot is located at the intersection of Černokostelecká and Malínská streets in Prague 10. In the vicinity of the plot is the Na Solidaritě Park, creating an oasis of calm amidst urban hustle. The surrounding infrastructure offers a wide range of shops and services. Transportation accessibility is ensured by tram and bus stops, as well as good accessibility for car traffic. I designed the house in three volumes. The tallest volume is connected to an eight-story residential building. The volumes decrease towards the family houses. In choosing the location for the new house on the plot, I decided to place the building in front of the existing eight-story panel building. The construction stands out, acts as a dominant feature of the corner, and at the same time, it complements the set
