Kraví Hora Winery

WITH RESPECT AND HUMILITY TO NATURE The main idea was to design a partially gravitational winery that honors and celebrates the Pálava vineyard landscape. Winemakers like absolute form and clear geometry. Everything is perfectly aligned: rows of vineyards, barrels in cellars, bottles in baskets… The construction scheme of the winery is based on this principle, namely from the span of wine rows of 1.8 m. The production part is set in the field, which refers to the wine cellars of the area. The goal is viticulture in perfect symbiosis with the landscape, a structure of natural and local materials, which will intertwine the wine as well as intertwine the rows
