Sugar-rafinery zone in Beroun

The aim of the project is to find a suitanable solution for the former sugar-rafinery zone in Beroun enclosed between the highway and the railway. Project is searching for the new functional uses for industrial buildings and complete them by new ones in relation with all needs of residents. It’s trying to keep the original atmosphere in the area and to use all existing limits as a possitive factor. In detail is soluted recorversion of the historical building into culture space and the new design of the multifunctional building.
