LANDSCAPE OF SOUTHWESTERN BRDY

The area of interest, which is located near the protected landscape area of Brdy, is located between two villages. The local landscape consists mainly of forest areas, which are complemented by meadows and pastures. The architectural design deals with the overall view of the landscape and deals with the addition of local landscape structures. The aim was to create a permeable and ecologically stable landscape. As part of the improvement of permeability in the area, an educational trail is proposed, which is a new pedestrian connection between the two villages, and at the same time supports the residential and recreational function of the landscape. In greater detail, the architectural design solves the access to Strašná skála, which is a historically very important place.
