Annotation

1 A current state Solved area is located in the central attractive part of Bratislava. It is a communication hub known as the toll of Trnava. The proposed area is located south of Trnava toll zone to the former Bratislava cvernovky. This site has potential for development in the sphere of trade, services, administration, and not least housing. Improving the quality of housing stock and the actual standard of housing for this site will benefit. The area is slightly covered by volunteer vegetation. Otherwise, the majority-built, but the spatial quality of the existing buildings and mass-space values are minimal. The terrain is flat, without any significant height differences and changes. Zone fulfills its mission only in terms of communication, especially in the evenings is empty and potentially dangerous. Streets and squares are not sufficiently clearly defined demarcated area. Some existing buildings are in poor condition, even the whole area fell into disrepair. This will further harm the spatial quality. These closed areas create communication barriers in the environment. Occupy the area for housing and amenities that are missing. The lens surfaces are only deaf spaces. Guide elements are missing. It is defined more pronounced, especially vertical gradation, which area of the communication node importance such distinctions and thus categorized as a "tidy". Overall, it is therefore poorly urbanized area, articulate and excluding transport function, its potential is very poorly used. The cultivated area is the lack of vegetation, which could lighten the loaded area and tie funkciu rest and filtration for its individual parts. 2 Proposal Proposed solution is based on PD and to respect the city of Bratislava, develop their basic concept, complementing the overall character of the area, creating a seamless linkage between the suave surfaces and structures. Total urban and architectural concept respects the spatial fragmentation of transport and communication axis, linking it to existing and planned buildings. The basic function of living is by IP objects and functional buildings. Their location respects the main traffic and pedestrian routes citywide significance, linking the self-block structure housing the main longitudinal axis of the composition, eventually becoming a central area with a local IP objects. Amenities, situated in the basic compositional axis, form a compact band of continuous low-floor building which choke the ground floor apartment residential buildings/1.NP /. Residential buildings of its compact system is communication corridors, creating block buildings, interconnected rooms and feasible, resulting in inclusion into the park vegetation structure and their interrelationships. The result is an environment of intense social contacts that are provided by a secure and comfortable. The installation height is divided 4 to 8 NP, while respecting the needs of distance and sunlit. Height culminates in the space of three points multipurpose buildings. His height of 9.11 and 13 NP. follows a multifunctional complex under construction-dominated urbanized area and transport hub toll-Trnava. 3 Conclusion Proposed solution brings new features to the area and mass. Organized and prioritized installation and seamlessly connects to the existing surroundings. Carefully the urban development zone, the proposed sustain life in the central area during the late evening hours, good choice of features contribute to the humanization of the necessary environment. This will increase the safety and attractiveness. All of course with respect to the existing installation and acceptance requirements of environmental quality The proposal is at least one of the possible and I think the completion of administrative procedures and improving the local urban planning and architectural structures.
