Conversion of the brewery in Josefov by Jaroměř

The project proposes a Social enterprise that solves fundamental problems at the site of Josefov by Jaroměř, where socially weak community with a large proportion of the Roma population lives. The proposed Spiral House in a former brewery and later cheese factory is a comprehensive facility to reduce high unemployment. It creates suitable jobs with great variability of the work program, includes social counseling center, a business motivational environment, provides additional access to education and promote dialogue in society, not only local, but mainly with the general public.
