Zákupy residential building

The design presents three buildings on a site near Náměstí Svobody in Zákupy. All three volumes have a similar function: an active ground floor (pharmacy, clubrooms, offices) and two residential floors. In the gaps and surrounding area around the three volumes, a pleasant semi-private space is created, the atmosphere of which is similar to the narrow streets in the centers of old towns.
