Apartment Building at the Corner - Podolí

The goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to design an apartment building in Praque – Podolí. It is a corner plot with sloping terrain. The apartment building has 5 above-ground and 2 underground floors and offers 16 apartment units of various sizes. There are 2 rentable commercial spaces on the ground floor. Parking is handled using an automatic parking systém. There are views and a passage to the inner block. The mass of the house does not exceed the surrounding buildings, the last floor retreats a bit to make space for a terrace.
