The Multifunctional Complex Mír

The multifunctional complex Mír is located in Bakov nad Jizerou. The corner plot of Mírové náměstí is surrounded by the street of the same name and Zbába Street. The masses are based on the analyzes of the original buildings and creates a semi-public space of the courtyard. On the ground floor, adjacent to the square, there is a commercial area with a cafe. The first floor is for living. The northern part, further from the square, belongs to a terraced house with semi-private front gardens. In total, the complex provides nine residential units and four commercial areas.
