Rehab Clinic Barrandov

I am designing a building for a stay in rehab clinic and the possibility of a dignified death. Most people want to experience their last moments ideally in a home environment, so each room has the opportunity for privacy, space for recovery and farewell. To ensure that clients are not detached from everyday life, the bedrooms have an accessible living room with kitchenette, private or shared with one person, access to the terrace with surrounding garden and city views. I believe that this comfort implies more visits. At the same time, the building is equipped with common areas where people can meet. The building is exclusively ground floor, on the first floor there are rehabilitation rooms overlooking the water area.
