Prachatice – The Way to the City

The topic of this diploma thesis is focused on the city of Prachatice and tries to find the rules for its future development according to its specific location in the landscape. The work further concentrates on the suburban district of Dolní předměstí bordering the city's historic core. In detail, the work deals with the main streets (ways to the city) and public spaces of Dolní předměstí. The regulation of Dolní předměstí and an illustrated example of the new development are also part of this work.
