Senior Housing Kolbenova

This thesis deals with the topic of senior housing in the city. The main target of the project is to find an adequate housing with the possibility of assistance and medical care. The project isn’t determined to be just for independent seniors but also for those with diseases as Alzheimer disease and so on. The project tries to offer comfort housing with abundance of services, active and passive rest in the functional community. The project is a part of complete revitalization of industrial area CKD/Praga in Vysocany, near subway station Kolbenova. An urban plan was made together in a group and after that each member chose a different site.
