SOLAR LAKE OF ATRIUM HOUSES

The concept is based on atrium housing, which will enable maximum floor space while creating the character of family atrium houses. The uniform structure is interrupted in the main axis by a pedestrian path, using daylight and allowing ventilation. This induces psychological well-being, by breaking the closedness of the entire complex and creating a piazzetta in the middle. The concept uses solar panels to temporarily roof the atrium using a sliding system, allowing heat to be stored in the summer, roof closes in the winter to prevent arterial losses. At the same time, it protects against overheating in the summer. In winter, it serves as a winter garden, protecting the atrium from freezing with the possibility of year-round use. The solar lake is energy self-sufficient.
