Recovery of the New Town (Liberec)

The subject of this thesis is a basic strategy of revitalization and regulation in the given site. The site is located in the New Town of Liberec, in the area called "Paper Square". The site is a part of the city historical conservation area, therefore it should be treated with respect to the atmosphere of the surroundings. The design is taking into account the financial circumstances of the area.
