Community center - the center of cultural and social services

The aim of the project is to design the community center - the center of cultural and social services for residents of the new-proposed apartment complex and the surrounding neighborhood at the area of Smichov brewery. The building should include cultural, sporting and social functions for Smichov district inhabitants. The cultural center lobby should be organized for commercial use. The building is located in the flat area near the river and has five floors. The center consists of three basic geometric shapes. All proposed buildings should have the same height as nearby buildings and create a closed shape with a small square inside.
