Marc Barani - November Talks

His buildings are not superficially attractive; but yet they have a healing effect. Architecture in the work of Marc Barani, architect, scenograph and anthropologist, becomes a gentle tissue of seemingly hidden relations. Like a neurosurgeon, Barani connects the structures of a city and brings a new life to handicapped sites. In his talk he presented his acclaimed project of a tram depo in Nice, two bridges, and a metro station in Paris in beautiful photographs. The first lecture of the series November Talks 2018 took place in a crowded hall and ended with numerous questions.
