Opening of the exhibition Hidden Order and the Internal Essence of the Uniqueness of Historical Cities of the Czech Republic
Experts from the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU and the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the ASCR presented the results of their five-year research at an exhibition entitledHidden Order and the Internal Essence of the Uniqueness of Historical Cities of the Czech Republic. They created a methodology according to which it is possible to process the historical development of cities into sets of maps, and then subject them to further analyzes. This will help, for example, conservationists or the public administration in evaluating the current state of cities and planning construction and other changes.
The exhibition can be seen in the Jaroslav Fragner Gallery in Prague until 15. 11. 2020.
