Reception centre for parents with children and children/youth drop-in centre in Prague-Podolí

This diploma project deals with design of a reception centre for parents with children, which is supplemented by social service of a drop-in centre for children (6-12 y.o.) and youth (13-18 y.o.), a sports hall and a charitable shop. Project’s site is located on a slope in Podolí neighbourhood in Prague and it touches an unclosed city block. The slope (as a built-up area) is considered as an edge or a boundary from various points of view (terrain, character of existing development, liveliness and noises and the like.
