Multifunctional house in Prague

On an empty lot in Prague quarter Vršovice, next to football stadium Bohemians, along the Botič stream, I design a multifunctional building, which grows out of local urban structure and combines housing, offices and retail. The goal is to create a normal building, adequate to its surroundings, which is not trying to steal to more attention than it deserves, but at the same time responds to contemporary requirements for housing, working and living in the city.
