Annotation
The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional set of buildings for residential, commercial and office use on a site in Prague 10 (Vysočany). The main goals of the project are to suitably fit the proposed buildings within the surrounding built environment, set the residential part of the complex away from the main street and to ensure the site’s permeability.
