City + is a universal tool for regenerating problematic urban areas. The project creates a new buildable layer above the ground, utilizing existing infrastructure—streetlight poles. These are replaced with load-bearing columns that form the foundation of a structure supporting individual modules and new functional layers.
The project promotes sustainable development by transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant and functional areas, enabling the city to grow smartly and efficiently.
