Revitalization of housing estate for new needs - example Modřany

The thesis explores possible strategy for the future development of prefabricated housing estates, represented by Modřany. The aim was to change the monofunctional settlement to a functioning self-sufficient unit. The emphasis is on working with greenery and public spaces. The project focuses on two sites. One of them on the central area of ​​Modřany and the peripheral site, where is tested concept car-free.
