New Polyfunctional Building on Historical Town Square of Znojmo

The target of project is an architectural and functional rehabilitation of exposed section at north side of Masaryk square in Znojmo, contributing to the urbanistic structure rehabilitation of significant urban conservation area. Functions of hotel (with own parking), gallery and multi-purpose auditorium are dominating to the proposed objects with commercial area in the ground floor. Wheelchair accessible public toilets are part of the block as well.
