Vacant Lot in Vršovice – Krymská - Moskevská

The project deals with a long-discussed vacant lot in Vršovice. I design several new apartment buildings that surround the original grassy meadow and create an intimate garden space for new residents. In addition to the new housing structure with an open office space there is another topic of public space and its return to the original purpose – historical tradition of the market.
