Písek - Pod hradbami

The project concerns the locality Pod hradbami in Písek, with the intention of completing of the green zone of the city wall and interconnection with the riverbank. At the place of current site of the public outdoor swimming pool, which makes the riverbank inaccessible and interrupts the imaginary line of the permeability to the riverbank, I suggest apartments for the senior citizens and a garden adjacent to it, which prods into walking not only the residents but also the other inhabitants of the city. The private garden can be found in the court of the building with the nursing service, which is designed as standard apartment block. This design offers enough space for spending free time both in community as well as in private.
