Administrative Building in Vršovice - IN VENTUM

The proposal represents a conceptual solution for restructuring the area of ​​the current Jiřina Hauková and Jindřich Chalupecký park in front of Vršovické nádraží. The proposed set of administrative buildings harmoniously complements the urban structure of Vršovická street. The location of the buildings is strategically chosen in the space between the Praha-Vršovice railway station, the Nádraží Vršovice tram stop and the future metro station D, which creates ideal accessibility for users and at the same time strengthens the overall integration of the location into the urban infrastructure. The architectural concept of the proposed buildings, located on the south side of Ukrainská Street, includes two wings and a central lowered tract with a walkable roof. Each wing has variable commercial space on the ground floor, suitable for both catering and sales areas. The central tract serves as the main entrance to the administrative part of the building. The construction of the building is based on a reinforced concrete skeleton with integrated communication and sanitary cores. The light envelope and airy elements of the facade contribute to the visual lightness of the building and bring a unique aesthetic impression.
