The aim of the thesis is to design a specialized medical facilitiy focused on the musculoskeletal system in the Czech Republic, including integrating into the Czech healthcare network. The Rehabilitation Center offers comprehensive care for both short and long-term recovery, including attendable rehabilitation exercises. The aim is to detect potential problems in the diagnostic section and prevention itself. A separate chapter consists of an in-patient department for short and long term sick / injured. There is also  a sports section and a laboratory focused on prostethics. The project is designed as an intelligent building, using modern technologies to not only  protect the environment and lower operating costs, but also to improve the indoor environment, which leads to better and faster recovery and higher staff productivity. The Diploma project follows up the diploma seminar describing elements of intelligent buildings and mainly focus on medical buildings.
