Annotation
The thesis deals with the design of a new building for the Parliament of the Czech Republic on the eastern part of Letná Plain, which will unite both chambers into one entity. The aim of the design was to create a clearly defined, representative, open, and vibrant place on Letná Plain, which, in addition to its legislative function, actively engages in cultural activities, educates the public, and invites them to engage in dialogue with their elected representatives.
