The theme of the thesis is the opening of important issues of landscape architecture, urbanism and spatial planning. Váh, as the longest river of Slovakia, has always attracted trade, civilization settlements to its flow, stimulates the emergence of development cores and axes. The response to the surge in trade, the logistical expansion in the form of distribution and warehouse halls without added architectural value shows that this path is not sustainable for future generations. A site valuable to the most fertile soils, landscape panoramas are lost before the eyes, transformed. Landmarks in the country lose their relevance. Consumerism in society is unparalleled. The questions we ask ourselves are: Where does the boundary of the development of agricultural areas end?
