Stračí development approach

The theme of the thesis is to study urban village development Stračí and subsequent application of one of the sites. Working with the current issue of social sustainability of the current village whose functioning significantly influenced by social, technological, economic and demographic changes. Work should seek answers to questions about how the village can now develop an approach to understand the relationship of individual housing to the surrounding landscape, and how to define and how to possibly foster this relationship. The aim of the project is to define areas of possible development of the village for the new installation, determine its structure and character. The goal is to find a suitable typology for contemporary rural buildings, which will be in line with the traditional rural structures, but will respond to the current requirements of housing.
