Stračí development approach

Architectural and urban planning project that focuses at working out of a complex vision of development of a small settlement near to a town called Štětí. It uses three different scales (the village, its surroundings and details of public spaces) to show a possible way of embracing the growing number of inhabitants and houses for making the village a more livable place with a good quality of life and an increased self-sufficiency and social, economical and ecological sustainability. The project consists of an urban study of a village, layout and a simple design of new and also old public spaces and a design of a landscape and the network of paths surrounding the village.
