Stračí development approach

The topic of diploma project is development of municipality Stračí in relation to the surrounding countryside and the city Štětí. Thesis deals with the topical issue of social sustainability of the current village whose functioning significantly affects social, technological, economic and demographic changes. Looking for potentials in the area based on the analytical part, and traced them to the design part. Proposal shows a possible image of the village today. Searching for reserves in the existing structure whilst identifying development areas for the construction and use of targeted treatment of public, shared space. The proposal indicated several characters with different buildings involvement in the landscape and surroundings.
